Global Chromeleon Change and Improvement Manager, Joe Haywood, graduated in 2016 with a degree in Chemistry from the University of Hull. Joe joined Sterling almost seven years ago as an Analytical Chemist. He worked in this role for three years before moving into the position of CDS Support controller. In October 2024 he became Global Chromeleon Change and Improvement Manager, which is the role he is in today.
