Sterling in the Community

We aim to be a force for good in the community

The communities in which we work, and our employees live, are important to us. We aim to be a caring and considerate neighbour, and be a force for good in the community.  We actively encourage employees to fundraise, volunteer and provide support to local projects, groups and charities.

Our sites also support local initiatives including corporate volunteer days, food bank collections, providing meals for underprivileged children and computer equipment to schools.

Fundraising

From undertaking challenges for charity, to donating items to foodbanks and other good causes, our employees are dedicated to fundraising for groups in need within our local communities.

Volunteering

Our global teams dedicate time to causes close to their hearts within our local communities, getting involved with local litter-picking projects, building bridges and painting benches within nearby parks, supporting STEM activities, and so much more.

Equipment provision

As a global organisation, we aim to help the communities we are part of, whether that is through donating computers to local charities, or investing into specialist equipment for those in need.
