Susan Daly, Global Operational Excellence Director, joined Sterling’s Cramlington, UK site in August 2016 as a Partnership Manager, before moving on to become Process Improvement Manager in 2019. In 2024, to support the global growth of Sterling, Susan moved into the role of Global Operational Excellence Director.
