Apprenticeship pathways

At our Dudley site, we offer apprenticeships from Level 2 up to Level 6. As an apprentice with Sterling, you will spend part of your time with one of our training partners whilst studying towards a qualification relevant to your role. The rest of your apprenticeship will be spent at Sterling gaining valuable on the job training.
Joining Sterling through an apprenticeship will allow you to bring your ideas and unique viewpoint to the business to create new solutions.
