Nicholas Kramer PhD, BS
Business Development Manager
Nicholas obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Florida State University in 2017, having studied synthetic methodology and total synthesis of natural products. Following a postdoc at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he joined Sterling in 2020 as a Research Scientist working on the process development of small molecule APIs. He has since gone on to be promoted to Senior Research Scientist and was responsible for the continued development of chemical processes in the research and development chemistry services department. In 2026, Nick joined our commercial team as Business Development Manager.
