EVP and Site Head, Cramlington
Emma Rhodes, joined Sterling in 2001 as a Development Chemist within the research and development (R&D) team before becoming a Laboratory Manager within that team. In 2016, Emma transitioned to project management to join the NPI team and worked within this team for a number of years. Following a period of time as Head of R&D, Emma then returned to project management and took up the position of Head of NPI in 2022. Emma then worked as our Operations Director at the facility until 2026 when she moved into the role of EVP and Site Head.
