Chief Financial Officer
Septima is an experienced CFO who has worked in international pharmaceutical and manufacturing businesses across the world during her 30-year career.
As CFO at Benchmark Holdings, Septima was instrumental in restructuring the business for growth, including refinancing the business through three equity funding rounds. Previously to this, Septima held a number of finance roles at Dechra Pharmaceuticals and Ardagh Group before focussing on corporate development activities, including acquisition and integration.
Septima joined Sterling in March 2026.
