Chief Scientific Officer
Mat is Chief Scientific Officer with responsibility for new product introduction, process improvement, process chemistry, solid state chemistry, and technology and innovation. As the business grows, Mat is also now responsible for global technical alignment across our facilities.
Mat has a PhD in organic chemistry and has previously held Vice President roles at Accord Healthcare, Johnson and Johnson’s Noramco and Ampac Fine Chemicals. He has extensive experience of API development projects, global team leadership and company operations and growth in the pharmaceutical CDMO market.
