EVP and Site Head, Cary
Mat is EVP and Site Head at the Cary facility, and is responsible for overseeing the provision of route selection and innovative chemistry services to prepare customer processes for kilo-scale and beyond. His focus is to increase capacity at the North Carolina based facility with additional analytical and synthetic chemistry labs, as well as GMP suites, to meet customer requirements.
Mat has a PhD in organic chemistry and has previously held Vice President roles at Accord Healthcare, Johnson and Johnson’s Noramco and Ampac Fine Chemicals. He has extensive experience of API development projects, global team leadership and company operations and growth in the pharmaceutical CDMO market.
