Chief of Staff
Henrike has nearly 20 years of experience working in research and technology-focused organisations. She holds a Master’s degree in Biology from Philipps University Marburg, Germany, and an MBA from Leeds University Business School in the UK.
She began her career as a management consultant in the life sciences sector before becoming Chief of Staff at a fast-growing consulting and outsourcing company, where she supported multiple private equity investment rounds.
Henrike subsequently served as Head of Operations for an innovative UK-based research funder collaborative and later contributed to the implementation of the UK’s flagship Online Safety Act at Ofcom, the UK communications regulator.
Henrike joined Sterling in 2026 as Chief of Staff, serving as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee.
