Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
David joined Sterling in March of 2021 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and brings more than 20 years of experience within operations, human resources and corporate leadership to the Sterling Executive Team. He is responsible for developing Sterling’s global people strategy as we continue to grow our business, with a focus on expanding and developing our workforce while retaining the culture and values that are so important to us. Sterling is building a strong foundation around a people program using tools, systems and processes to support today’s ambitions while planning for tomorrow’s aspirations.
Prior to his current role, David served in various global senior executive roles at Ellsworth Adhesives, Broan Nu-Tone and Sensient Technologies. Within these roles he contributed to and lead global business and people strategies across Northern and Central America, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific Rim, and India. He holds a master’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Organized Leadership from Purdue University
