David Molyneux – Vice President of Business Development
David Molyneux joined Sterling in 2015 and is now our Vice President of Business Development. David is an experienced senior leader within CDMO sales and business development with a proven track record of driving business growth across contract services.
Stephen Evans – Business Development Director 
Stephen joined Sterling in 2024 as the Business Development Director for ADCs. Stephen has more than 25 years Business Development experience for Pharmaceutical CDMOs having previously held positions at Lonza and Novasep.
Sooran Lee – Business Development Director
Based in Seoul, Sooran is responsible for business development in the Korean market. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing and pursued further education in Business Administration for her master’s degree. With over 15 years of experience spanning hospital clinical practice, life sciences, and medical devices, she contributes to expanding Sterling’s services in Korea.
YeEun Rhee – Business Development Manager 
YeEun works to new business opportunities for Sterling in Korea, with her a strong background in pharmaceutical development. Prior to her role at Sterling, she gained her expertise through roles supporting GLP toxicology business development as well as clinical research and development. By leveraging her experiences, she supports the growth of Sterling’s presence in the Korean market.
