Sterling wins at Made in the North East annual awards

Sterling Pharma Solutions is delighted to have been awarded the Medical, Life Sciences and Health Care Award at this year’s Made in the North East awards.
The Made in the North East annual awards are designed to celebrate the successes of manufacturing and engineering businesses across the region.
Sterling was added to the shortlist for this year’s award as a ‘judge’s nomination’, an opportunity given to the judging panel to put forward any names that they feel should be recognised for doing quality work in the region, for its strong track record and reputation in its field in the North East.
The Medical, Life Sciences and Healthcare award is presented to the pharmaceutical, biomedical, biotechnology, health products or medical devices company that the judges deem have had the biggest impact on the region and beyond. The judges were particularly impressed with Sterling’s recent Knowledge Transfer Partnership in collaboration with Northumbria University which was graded as ‘outstanding’ by Innovate UK.
Sterling will now go on to join other regional finalists from across the nation in the Made in the UK Awards 2023, which will take place in Liverpool in June.
