Senior Technical Manager, Matt Miklas, joined Sterling’s Wisconsin facility as a Process Engineer in 2013. In this role, Matt worked closely with the laboratory development and manufacturing teams to perform technical transfer and scale up of client projects. He subsequently worked on the implementation of the work cell model at the Wisconsin facility, which allows for an integrated approach to our customers projects. Today, Matt is responsible for all technical aspects of development, scale up, and manufacturing support for client projects as the lead of one of the site’s development work cells.
