Operations Director at our Cramlington, UK facility, Emma Rhodes, joined Sterling in 2001 as a Development Chemist within the research and development (R&D) team before becoming a Laboratory Manager within that team. In 2016, Emma transitioned to project management to join the NPI team and worked within this team for a number of years. Following a period of time as Head of R&D, Emma then returned to project management and took up the position of Head of NPI in 2022. Now, Emma is Operations Director at the facility.
