Tushar has over 15 years’ experience in the finance and strategy world with a strong business acumen. Throughout his career he has assumed responsibility for overall company finance, strategy, procurement and facilitated various merger and acquisition activity. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
Specialising in acquisition management, balance sheet management, cost optimisation and strategy building/execution. As Chief Financial Officer, Tushar was responsible for Sterling Pharma Solutions’ finance department and ensuring cost-effective operations, before moving into his current role as Chief Corporate Development Officer.
