As the Electrical Maintenance Technician Day shift, you will preserve the condition and functionality of all electrical facility and manufacturing equipment with a high degree of safety and quality.  The position will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility electrical equipment according to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the business goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create and follow maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Generate electrical PM maintenance routines.
  • Troubleshoot electrical distribution and supply systems, diagnose the root cause of malfunctions using test, diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform electrical PM’s and fixed wiring inspections.
  • Perform general site electrical maintenance and repairs.
  • Work with HVAC systems and chemical process automation systems.
Requirements for the role
  • High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years’ experience required.
  • Relevant work experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Formal training in electrical systems and electrical safety regulations preferred
  • This position is not eligible for remote / hybrid work location.

Key Competencies
  • Experience working in a chemical or industrial environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Controls and/or electrical equipment in Hazardous Areas an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering software tools a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic, high-pressure environment required.
