Mitch Vonderau

Mitch Vonderau is VP and Site Head of Sterling’s North Carolina facility and is responsible for overseeing innovative chemistry services to prepare customer processes for kilo-scale and beyond. His focus is to increase capacity at the facility with additional analytical and synthesis chemistry labs, as well as GMP suites, to meet customer requirements.

Mitch has a BS in Biology from DePauw University and a MBA from Wake Forest University. He has previously held roles from project management to commercial operations at the site, and before joining Sterling spent four years in the CRO industry.
