EVP and Site Head, Deeside
James has over 18 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, previously holding roles such as VP Manufacturing and Supply at BTG International Medicine (now Boston Scientific) and Site Director at Aesica Pharmaceuticals. James’ areas of expertise include LEAN manufacturing and operational excellence, as well as potent and highly potent manufacturing.
James joined the executive team at Sterling at the beginning of 2020 as Head of Manufacturing and Supply for its Dudley, UK facility. He then became EVP and Site Head for the facility.
In 2024, James joined our Deeside, UK facility as EVP and Site Head.
