Adam holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Carroll University, and joined Sterling as part of the Germantown acquisition. He has worked in the global CDMO space for over 17 years in both API and drug product, most recently as Senior Director, Technical Operations, where he was responsible for all site R&D, operations, facilities, engineering, and supply chain.
