Judy Boan | Business Development Director
Judy Boan joined Sterling in 2023, and brings 16 years of industry experience with roles in Operations (Bioanalytical Scientists and Chemist), Program Management, Contracts Coordinating and Business Development with organizations including ABC Laboratories, Inc, Alcami Corporation, Cambrex Corporation, and Porton Pharma Solutions. Judy earned a bachelor’s degree in premedical studies majoring in biological sciences and minoring in chemistry at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and currently serves as Chair of Communication with WomenInBio RTP chapter and on the Executive Leadership Council for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Event in RTP.
Mathew Minardi | EVP and Site Head at Cary
Mat is EVP and Site Head at the Cary facility, and his focus is to increase capacity at the facility with additional analytical and synthetic chemistry labs, as well as GMP suites, to meet customer requirements. Mat has a PhD in organic chemistry and has previously held Vice President roles at Accord Healthcare, Johnson and Johnson’s Noramco and Ampac Fine Chemicals. He has extensive experience of API development projects, global team leadership and company operations and growth in the pharmaceutical CDMO market.
Alisha Arrigo | Business Development Director
Alisha Arrigo joined Sterling in 2024, bringing over 18 years of cross-functional CMC experience from the bench to business development, and a sincere passion for connecting pharma and biotech innovators with the expertise and resources to overcome challenges, achieve milestones and meet patient needs.
