Chemical R&D Scientist II
Tia joined Sterling’s Wisconsin site in May 2020 as a Chemical R&D Scientist I, after graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a PhD in Organic Chemistry. In her current role is a Chemical R&D Scientist II, Tia’s main responsibility is to lead active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) process development for current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) manufacturing with special emphasis on root cause analysis, fate and purge studies, and mass balance analysis to maximise yield and purity for pre-clinical through commercial phases.
