Susan Daly, Integration Manager, joined Sterling’s Cramlington, UK site in August 2016 as a Partnership Manager, before moving on to become Process Improvement Manager in 2019. In 2023, to support the global growth of Sterling, Susan moved into the role of Integration Manager. Her current responsibilities include management of integration activities and business transformation projects.
