Sterling wins ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ at NEPIC annual awards 2022

Sterling Pharma Solutions has won the ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ category at this year’s North East of England Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC) Annual Awards.

Sterling has demonstrated outstanding performance in several aspects relating to manufacturing operations over the last twelve months, including commercial success and evidence of growth, delivery of innovation and continuous improvements, environmental credentials, enhanced supplier relationships and supply chain development.

James Rogers, EVP and Site Head at Sterling’s Dudley, Northumberland facility, said: “We are delighted to have won this award, and would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our employees for their ongoing contributions and efforts, which have helped us achieve Manufacturer of the Year 2022.

“Although we now have four sites across the UK and US, and more than 850 employees, we continue to be proud to be headquartered in the north east of England, where Sterling was founded more than 50 years ago.”

NEPIC added, “We are delighted Sterling has been crowned Manufacturer of the Year 2022. Members of the Sterling manufacturing team attended the awards ceremony on Friday 25th March at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield to celebrate the organisation’s success and that of others within the region
