Chief Technical Officer, Mike Gibson, began his career as a Synthetic Chemist with Astra Zeneca after graduating with an MA in Chemistry from Oxford University. Mike joined Sterling in 1998 as a Process Chemist, developing to Sales and Marketing Director and then Technical Director, before becoming Chief Technical Officer and part of Sterling’s executive team in 2019. Mike has vast experience in supporting products throughout the lifecycle from development to commercial scale.
