The Project Engineering team has an extensive range of capabilities including Process Engineering Design, Project Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Instrumentation and Control and Electrical Engineering, all supported by fully equipped Design Office utilising the latest Computer Aided Design tools.

  • Cost Projection for order of magnitude costing for 10% Accuracy band.

  • Project Planning, using Microsoft Project for team and customer collaboration.

  • Gate Review with operational risk analysis.

  • Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

  • Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR) and Explosive Atmospheres Directives 99/92/EC (ATEX 137) and 94/9/EC (ATEX 100) Reviews.

  • Hazard and Operability Studies. Haz 0-7.

  • Design Changes and reviews, tracked using robust Engineering Change Control.
